FIND COMMANDER
After installation, restart the sim and locate the missions in ACTIVITIES - CUSTOM CONTENT
If the missions are not present, please check the following steps:
REINSTALL AIRCRAFT
Use the in-game Content Manager to ensure that the default C152, C208, A320 and DA62 are installed.
Note that some addon liveries can cause missions to be hidden, so please remove these liveries.
INSTALLATION
For marketplace customers, please ensure that the purchase and download process completed successfully, checking that payment was taken and download has completed.
For non-marketplace customers, please redownload the product to rule out a corrupted ZIP and refer to the installation instructions included inside, placing the unzipped package "fsacademy-commander" in your community folder.

GETTING UPDATES
All stores are provided with the latest version simultaneously. Marketplace conducts internal testing and processing, taking more time for an update to become available for download.
Your currently installed version can be seen within Content Manager.
For non-marketplace customers, login to your store of choice to download the latest version.
ON-SCREEN OBJECTIVES
The objectives will list each required step of the missions in real time. Ensure that the objectives panel is displayed by using the in-game toolbar.
Please Note: Best practice is to perform an action only once the objective step is displayed onscreen. Pre-emptively completing a task will still allow the lesson to progress correctly, but the step may remain displayed in green for longer than intended. This does not imply that the pilot should continue to satisfy that step. Take any green step as having been fully complied with and then disregard if it continues to be displayed.
TURBULENCE
Flight Simulator has an adjustable intensity of in flight turbulence. The 'Realistic' setting appears to be excessive compared to real life and causes controllability problems in excess of what would be expected for the conditions. Turbulence can be set to 'LOW' in the following menu:

SCORING
Scoring is implemented so that only if the lesson is completed without any instructor prompting or reminders will a full score be awarded. Points will be deducted if the instructor had intervened. This is inly implemented in a simple format and does not debrief any particular error individually.
FLIGHT SIMULATOR 2024
This release is made for Flight Simulator (2020). Future availability in the upcoming FS2024 may be offered, but cannot be guaranteed. This will depend on whether we can directly port the pack across to the new sim, which we will explore when it releases.
WORLD UPDATES
Please install the MSFS World Updates for the UK, Nordics and New Zealand as Navigator will utilise some of the bespoke scenery included within these packages. They are available from the in-game marketplace and are free of charge.
MOD COMPATIBILITY
FS Academy missions packs may not be compatible with other third-party mods.
If you find that aircraft systems do not behave as expected, such as blank radios , issues with VR, visible 3D pilot 'avatar' and inoperative instruments, uninstall any aircraft mods you may have to ensure correct functioning.
LANGUAGE SUPPORT
Only English voice and text guidance is available, including full subtitles.
Language expansions and transcripts are not currently planned, but are considered for a future update.
STORE ENQUIRIES
Issues regarding payments, account details and failed downloads should be directed to the relevant store, who will be able to offer assistance via their customer support channels. It is understood that stores do not permit transferring of purchases to another store.
